Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan led Madhya Pradesh Government transferred 24 IPS officers on Tuesday. It is considered as a big administrative reshuffle. According to the orders, 1999 batch IPS officer Mr Rajesh Gupta has been given the charge of Inspector General of Indore Rural and Irshad Wali, IPS officer of 2004 batch has been given the charge of IG Bhopal Rural.
Sanjay Tiwari (2004) has been transferred and posted as IG intelligence at the police head quarter (PHQ). While IPS officer Sachin Kumar Atulkar (2006) has been given the charge of Additional Police Commissioner (law and order) Bhopal & Rajesh Hingankar (2006) has been Appointed as Additional Police Commissioner Indore.
Further, Nimish Agrawal, 2010 Batch IPS officer will be the Deputy Commissioner of Police (crime) Indore, Mithilesh Kumar Shukla (2006) has been posted as Deputy Inspector General, Rewa. Atul Singh (2009) has been given the charge of commandant 7th battalion, Bhopal and Mahesh Chandra Jain (2009) is Appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police (traffic) in Indore.
