Punjab Government Transferred Six IAS Officers

Punjab Government has transferred 6 IAS officers in the state

Punjab government announced transfer of 6 IAS officers and instructions have also been issued to make new appointments. As per the information, these instructions will come into force with immediate effect. The names of the officers who have been transferred are as follows:

(IAS) Malvinder Singh Jaggi who is the commissioner of Amritsar Municipal Corporation and Amritsar Smart City Limited Additional Chief Executive Officer has been transferred and appointed as Secretary of Empowerment and Minorities, the Director of Social Justice for Empowerment and Minorities.

Mohammad Tayyab (IAS) Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Waqf Board Chandigarh and Additional Additional Director, Treasury and Additional Special Secretary, Expenditure (Financial Department) and Additional Special Secretary, Vigilance as Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Waqf Board, Chandigarh has been appointed as Additional Director, Treasury and Additional Special Secretary, Expenditure (Finance Department) and Additional Special Secretary, Vigilance and Additional Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.

IAS Bhupinder Singh has been appointed as the Managing Director of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Limited and as Additional Executive Director of Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation. He has also been appointed as the Additional Executive Director of BACKFINCO.

IAS Surbhi Malik, Managing Director, Punjab Health System Corporation and Special Secretary to the Additional Chief Executive Officer, State Health Agency of Punjab, Special Secretary, Local Government and additionally Joint Managing Director-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Municipal Corporation She has been appointed on the vacant post in Infrastructure Development Company and on the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer, State Health Agency of Punjab.

IAS Bhupinder Singh (2) has been appointed in place of IAS Surbhi Malik, as the Director of Social Justices of Empowerment and Minorities posted as Managing Director of Health and Family Welfare Department of Punjab Health System Corporation.

IAS Jaspreet Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Ferozepur, has been appointed the place of Rajat Oberoi as the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Jalandhar.

I.K. Gujral has been appointed as the Additional Registrar of Punjab Technical University Jalandhar.
