IAS officer Sandeep Kumar will take charge as the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Urban Development, Ludhiana. The 2015 batch officer was posted as ADC, Development in Ludhiana. He says that now his first priority will be implement policies and schemes in a better manner.
Let it be noted that the state government created the position of ADC, Urban Development to boost the efficiencies of the urban local bodies of the state.
