The state government of Tripura has passed an order in relation with new roles for three IAS officer. While two officers have been given additional charges, one has been relived from a charge.
Tanusree Debbarma has been relived from the additional charge as the Secretary- Science, Technology & Environment. The 2006 batch officer will continue her service as the Secretary- Industries & Commerce and Member, Tripura Sales Tax Tribunal and VAT Tribunal.
A 2005 batch officer Gitte KiranKumar Dinkarrao has been given additional charge of Labour and Information & Cultural Affairs Departments. He is presently the Secretary, Public Works, Urban Development, Tourism, Education, Rural Development and Co-operations Departments. Meanwhile Prashant Kumar Goyal has been given additional charge of Secretary, Education (Higher & School) and Rural Department. The 2007 batch officer is currently the Secretary, Industries & Commerce with additional charge of Secretary to the CM of Tripura.
