Ministry of Home Affairs has issued transfer and posting orders two IAS officers of Jammu & Kashmir. Senior IAS Officer Umang Narula of Jammu Kashmir cadre posted in Delhi. While Pawan Kotwal has been posted as Advisor to Lt Governor Ladakh.
