The state government of Rajasthan issued posting orders for two IPS officers. Both the officer is currently under training in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad. Their posting is part of the district training program.
According to the notification, IPS officer Amit kumar has been appointed as the Assistant Superintendent of Police in Jhalwar district of Rajasthan. Mr. Kumar secured the rank for IPS in UPSC examination, 2018.
Along with him, Rajarshi Raj Verma has also been assigned with new task. The officer who cracked UPSC in 2017 will be taking the charge as the Assistant Superintendent of Police in Banswara District.
Let be noted that in July the state government of Rajasthan did a major reshuffling at policing level. 66 IPS officers including SP of various state were transferred. After this, 14 IAS officers were also given new posting in the month of August.
