Chief Minister Mamata Benerjee-led West Bengal government shifted 11 IAS officers in the state with immediate effect.
According to the oreder, IAS Ghulam Ali Ansari of 2000-batch has been made Comissioner, Malda Divison, P B Salim of 2001-batch has been given additional charge as Secreatry, Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Dept and Chairman, Abhinav Chandra of 2001 has been posted as Secretary, PHE Dept with additional charge of project director, ADB project under PHE Dept.
Besides, Saibal Barman of 2004 batch has been posted as Secretary, finance dept, Yeluchuri Ratnakara rao of 2006 batch has been posted as Secretary, Additional Secretary, Health and family welfare Dept, Devi Prasad Karnam of 2008-batch has been posted as DM, Birbhum.
Khalid Aizaz Anwar of 2009-batch has been posted as Commissioner, commercial taxes, S Arun Prasad of 2011-batch has been posted as Special commissioner, GST, Durgapur, Radhika Aiyar of 2011-batch has been posted as DM, Bankura.
While Deepap Priya P of 2011-batch has been posted as DM, Hooghly and Poonambalam S of 2012-batch has been posted as Excise Commissioner, West Bengal.
