Almost 224 Former IAS officers have extended their support to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditynath in a letter over the anti-conversion law. This move has come out after the recently written letter by 104 former IAS to the CM opposing the anti-conversion law.

The former officers have asserted in the letter that “It is a matter of concern that one group of retired civil servants repeatedly avail of every opportunity to put the Indian democracy, its institutions and persons in poor light before the whole world by making ill-considered public statements.”
In the letter, they also claimed that some of the retired IAS officers are working to downgrade India’s integrity.
