The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has issued orders to relieve six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the Delhi administration for transfer to Jammu & Kashmir, following directions from the Ministry of Home Affairs dated May 5 and May 16, 2025.
According to the official order, Mr. Naveen S L (2012-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been relieved to take up his new assignment in Jammu & Kashmir. Alongside him, Mr. Gurpal Singh (2014-batch), Ms. Shreya Singhal (2020-batch), and 2021-batch officers Ms. Mahima Madan and Mr. Ananth Dwivedi—both of whom were awaiting postings—have also been transferred.
In a separate order, senior officer Mr. Anil Kumar Singh (1995-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been relieved to report for duty in Jammu & Kashmir.
All six officers are directed to join their respective new assignments with effect from May 30, 2025.
