9 Chhattisgarh Police Service Officers Receive IPS Batches Based on Seniority

Raipur: In a recent move by the central government, batches have been allotted to nine officers of the Chhattisgarh Police Service who have been awarded the Indian Police Service (IPS). The officers have been assigned batches based on their seniority, with a total of 2014 and 2016 batches being issued.

The official notification from the central government has confirmed the allocation. Among the officers receiving the prestigious batches, the following officers have been allotted their respective years:

  • Prafull Thakur – 2015 batch
  • Vijay Kumar Pandey – 2016 batch
  • Umesh Chaudhary – 2014 batch
  • Manoj Kumar Khilari – 2014 batch
  • Ravi Kumar Kurre – 2014 batch
  • Chaindas Tandon – 2014 batch
  • Surjan Ram Bhagat – 2014 batch
  • Darshan Singh Marawi – 2014 batch
  • Jhaduram Thakur – 2014 batch

This move comes as part of an effort to streamline the allotment of batches and ensure a more systematic approach to the allocation process within the police services.
