Agra: The Agra Development Authority (ADA) held its 151st board meeting under the chairmanship of Agra Divisional Commissioner Shailendra Kumar Singh, where several key proposals were discussed and approved. Among the highlights were reconsideration of flat prices in Shastripuram Heights, preparation for an international indoor stadium, and the budget outline for the upcoming financial year.
Shastripuram Heights Flats Prices to Be Reconsidered
The board decided to review the pricing of flats in Shastripuram Heights, raising the possibility of price reductions to boost sales. The meeting noted concerns over unsold flats in various residential schemes:
- Out of 336 flats in Shastripuram Heights, only 93 have been sold.
- In Taj Nagari ADA Heights, 170 flats remain unsold, considered unpopular properties, with a decision taken for bulk sale.
