Andhra: IAS Muddada Ravichandra Appointed Secretary to CM Chandrababu Naidu

Mr. Muddada Ravichandra (1996 batch IAS) was appointed Secretary to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu. A circular to this effect was issued by the Chief Secretary of the Andhra Government, Mr. Neerabh Kumar Prasad (1987 batch IAS).
