Previous Roles and Career Highlights
Before his current role, Malhotra served as Under Secretary in the Department of Telecommunications under the Ministry of Communications for over two years. He has also spent more than nine years in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), where he handled key matters related to government administration and personnel management.
