BHEL Announces Key Senior Management Changes to Strengthen Leadership in Industry Sector

State-owned BHEL strengthens leadership in its Industry Sector as experienced professionals take charge of key roles, ensuring continuity and strategic growth in public sector operations.

New Delhi: State-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced significant changes in its senior management. Mr. R.P.S. Sisodia has been relieved from his role as Executive Director (NREB), Industry Sector, New Delhi, and appointed as Director (Projects & Planning) at NLC India Limited (NLCIL). Concurrently, Mr. Sutripto De has been appointed as the new Head of NREB, Industry Sector, New Delhi, effective 2nd December 2025.

Mr. R.P.S. Sisodia Moves to NLC India Limited

Mr. Sisodia, who has been serving as Executive Director (NREB) at BHEL, has been transferred to NLC India Limited as Director (Projects & Planning) in the pay scale of Rs. 1,80,000 – 3,40,000/-. He has been allowed to retain lien on his Executive Director post at BHEL until the end of his tenure with NLCIL or 24 May 2028, whichever is earlier.

His appointment reflects both BHEL’s and NLCIL’s commitment to leveraging experienced leadership for critical projects in India’s energy and industrial sectors.

Mr. Sutripto De Appointed Head of NREB

Taking over from Mr. Sisodia, Mr. Sutripto De has assumed charge as the Head of NREB, Industry Sector, New Delhi, reporting directly to the Director (IS & P). Mr. De brings with him 33 years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and an MBA in Marketing.

His appointment is expected to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in the operations and strategic planning of BHEL’s NREB sector, reinforcing the company’s leadership in power and industrial equipment solutions.
