The Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes Welfare Department of Bihar has launched a free coaching program for UPSC and BPSC aspirants at Jannayak Library and State Digital Study Center, Patna. Candidates preparing for IAS, PCS, and BPSC exams can apply for one year (12 months) of free coaching, with selection based on an entrance examination scheduled for February 16, 2025.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
- Open to students from Backward Classes (BC) and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC).
- 40% of seats are reserved for BC candidates, while 60% are for EBC candidates.
- Annual family income should not exceed Rs. 3 lakh from all sources.
- Selection is through an entrance exam, and only successful candidates will be admitted.
