The Bihar government promoted senior IAS officer Ravi Manubhai Parmar (IAS:1992:BH) to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) on Monday (27.06.2022). Prior to this, he was serving as Principal Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department.
