Banthia, CFO of HMEL, and Mr. Sanjay Papneja, Executive Director (Refinery), IOC. The discussion was moderated by Mr. D. P. Srivastava, former Ambassador to Iran, providing insights into geopolitical dynamics, market transitions, and India’s evolving strategic energy priorities.
