Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has come up with a self-funded initiative in which they have planned to build exclusive flats for the All India Service (IAS, IPS, and IFS) officers of the Rajasthan cadre in Pratap Nagar Sector-17.
192 flats will be built under this scheme in an area of 3211 sq. ft. “3 BHK flats will be built which will comprise of three bed rooms, a drawing room and a servant room. The total cost of the flat is estimated at Rs. 91,58,000”, said RHB commissioner, Pawan Arora.
To register under this scheme, it is mandatory for the serving officer to present the certificate and the salary slip issued by the competent authority. Apart from this, IAS Group Housing Co-operative Society certification has to be compulsorily submitted by the applicant.
Any of the applicant’s spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son/daughter, grandson and daughter-in-law can be their nominee. The flats will be allotted by a lottery system and can not be changed once allotted. However, if two officers want to exchange their allotted flats through a mutual consent, it will be allowed.
