New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Tuesday approved the empanelment of officers from various services of the 1990 and 1992 batches to hold Secretary or Secretary-equivalent positions in the Government of India.
Empanelled Officers for Secretary Positions
- Manisha Sinha (IPoS: 1992) – Secretary
- Ramesh Krishnamurthi (IRS IT: 1992) – Secretary
Secretary-Equivalent Appointments
- Vishvajit Sahay (IDAS: 1990)
- Asit Gopal (IFoS: 1990: MP)
- Suchindra Misra (IDAS: 1992)
The empanelment allows these senior officers to assume key administrative responsibilities and serve at the highest bureaucratic level in the central government. This step is part of routine administrative measures to strengthen leadership across ministries and departments.
