Two senior IPS officers have received official extensions and regularization of their deputation tenures within the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The names of the officers are as follows:
- 1995 batch IPS officer Vineet Vinayak of Sikkim cadre
- 1998 batch IPS office Amit Kumar of Chhattisgarh cadre
