New Delhi: In a significant development for India’s energy infrastructure, Certification Engineers International Ltd (CEIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers India Ltd (EIL), has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to provide comprehensive Third Party Inspection and Certification Services for ONGC’s onshore and offshore projects.

The MoA was formally signed by Mr. R Narahari, Head of Offshore Works at ONGC, and Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, CEO of CEIL, during a ceremony attended by Mr. R.N. Satish Babu, Executive Director, ONGC, and Mrs. Jayati Ghosh, Director, CEIL, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
