New Delhi: Changing Dynamics in the Indian Neighbourhood is the central theme of a major defence seminar that will be inaugurated by India’s Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth in New Delhi. The event is being organised by the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS) to mark its 25th anniversary and will focus on geopolitical developments in India’s neighbourhood and their impact on national security.

The Ministry of Defence has announced that Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth will inaugurate a high-level seminar titled “Changing Dynamics in the Indian Neighbourhood.”
The event will take place on March 11, 2026, at the Manekshaw Centre in New Delhi.
The seminar is being organised under the aegis of the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS) as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations.
The objective of the seminar is to analyse emerging geopolitical developments in India’s neighbourhood and discuss their implications for the country’s strategic and security environment.

Samvad Application
The Samvad Application, developed by the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR) under DRDO, will also be launched.

Integrated Online Training and Evaluation Programme (IOTEP)
Another key initiative is the Integrated Online Training and Evaluation Programme (IOTEP) developed by the Indian Defence University (IDU Directorate).
