Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a public grievance session, ‘Janata Darshan,’ on Monday, addressing issues brought by citizens from across the state. Residents submitted their petitions, and the CM instructed officials to prioritize and ensure timely resolution of these concerns.

Among the grievances, temple encroachment cases were highlighted. A resident from Bangarmau, Unnao, Mamta Tiwari, alleged that some individuals had illegally occupied a temple and were preventing worship. Taking immediate cognizance, CM Yogi directed the local police superintendent to take prompt action.

Similarly, a farmer from Badaun complained about the destruction of his crops and inaction by the police. The Chief Minister instructed authorities to ensure that no farmer faces undue hardship and that offenders are held accountable.

Infrastructure Concerns and Road Development

During the session, villagers also raised road-related issues. A complainant from Balrampur highlighted a damaged village road, stating that the local Gram Pradhan had blocked its construction for years, causing significant inconvenience. The CM directed district officials to personally inspect the site, interact with locals, and ensure road construction is completed swiftly.

Land and Family Dispute Cases Addressed

Many citizens submitted petitions related to land disputes, family conflicts, and illegal colonies. In one case, a resident from Lucknow raised concerns regarding an unauthorized colony. The CM instructed the Housing Commissioner to take appropriate action under existing regulations.

Citizens from various districts also complained about illegal occupation of government land and dissatisfaction with police response. CM Yogi emphasized that officials must act promptly, ensuring public satisfaction and legal compliance, and directed SDM Sarojini Nagar to resolve complaints regarding land encroachment and boundary wall disputes.

CM Yogi’s Commitment to Timely Redressal

Throughout the ‘Janata Darshan’ session, CM Yogi Adityanath reiterated that resolving public grievances is a top priority of his government. He instructed officials to adopt a proactive, transparent, and citizen-friendly approach, ensuring justice and satisfaction for all complainants.
