The Central Government is working to fill vacant posts in ministries and departments through initiatives like the Rozgar Melas, launched on October 22nd, 2022. These Melas, conducted in 40–45 cities across various states and union territories, have facilitated the distribution of several lakh appointment letters by various ministries and CPSUs. Filling vacancies remains a continuous process, with directions issued to address them promptly.
