Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai began his Japan tour with a visit to the historic Asakusa Temple in Tokyo, one of the city’s oldest and most revered cultural landmarks. The Chief Minister prayed for the prosperity, happiness, and continuous progress of the three crore people of Chhattisgarh. He emphasized that the temple’s message of peace and strength resonates with the aspirations of the state’s people.

Mr. Sai is leading a high-level delegation to Japan and South Korea on the invitation of the Indian Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), Government of India. The Global Outreach Mission aims to establish Chhattisgarh firmly on the global investment map while strengthening opportunities for international cooperation.

Chhattisgarh Pavilion at World Expo 2025

At the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Chhattisgarh will present its rich heritage, innovation-driven culture, and futuristic growth sectors through the Chhattisgarh Pavilion under Bharat Mandapam. Designed to highlight the state’s unique identity, the pavilion will focus on industrial development, renewable energy, information technology, and sustainable practices.

Officials stated that the Expo will reflect Chhattisgarh’s journey of transformation and its ambitious roadmap for the future. Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai will also hold direct interactions with industrialists, trade associations, and global investors in Japan and Korea, aiming to establish long-term partnerships, open new trade channels, and foster knowledge exchange in technology and innovation.

Boosting Development and Global Investments

The Global Outreach Mission is expected to give new impetus to Chhattisgarh’s developmental journey by attracting investments in sectors such as steel, mining, renewable energy, clean technology, and startups. Mr. Sai highlighted that this platform will not only showcase Chhattisgarh’s economic strengths but also position the state as a preferred global investment hub.

The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the mission will accelerate Chhattisgarh’s integration into global markets while boosting economic growth, sustainable development, and employment opportunities for the people of the state.
