Scheduled from April 13 to October 13, 2025, the Expo will provide the state an opportunity to establish its unique identity before a worldwide audience.

Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai has received a special invitation to represent Chhattisgarh at this prestigious event. His presence will underscore the state’s growing relevance in areas of sustainable development, cultural preservation, and innovation-driven growth.
Global Platform for Innovation and Development
The Expo, organised by the Bureau International des Expositions, will be held under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” with sub-themes of “Saving Lives,” “Empowering Lives,” and “Connecting Lives.” The concept of the Osaka Expo, “People’s Living Lab,” seeks to highlight collaborative efforts in building a sustainable future.
With over 160 countries and nine international organisations participating, the Expo will be a global hub for breakthrough technologies, investment opportunities, and international cooperation.

The state government sees this as a platform to showcase Chhattisgarh’s unique identity, ranging from its rich cultural traditions to its progressive policies in industrial development, renewable energy, and social welfare.
