Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday delivered a powerful message to the youth, stressing that discipline is the first foundation of life, and it is only the disciplined young generation that can take the nation to new heights with unwavering courage. Addressing the valedictory session of the Diamond Jubilee and 19th National Jamboree of Bharat Scouts and Guides at the Defence Expo Ground, Vrindavan Yojana, in the presence of President Droupadi Murmu, the Chief Minister praised the event for showcasing India’s vibrant and unified youth power.
He said that over the last five days, Lucknow had witnessed the determination, discipline, and strength of young participants who came from different corners of India and the world. CM Yogi expressed confidence that these young Scouts and Guides will carry with them the memories of Uttar Pradesh and work to expand India’s vision of national and global brotherhood.
Jamboree Echoed the Spirit of Prayagraj Mahakumbh, Says CM
Recalling the massive congregation at the 2025 Prayagraj Mahakumbh, the Chief Minister said that just as the holy event drew 660 million devotees from across the world, the Jamboree too brought together thousands of motivated youth from India and abroad who are committed to the ideals of peace, unity, and universal brotherhood.
He noted that this is the first time in 61 years that Uttar Pradesh has hosted the National Jamboree, marking a historic moment for the state. “A grand confluence of youth energy is underway here—much like a Mahakumbh of young minds eager to contribute something meaningful to the world,” he added.

Theme Aligned with PM Modi’s Vision of ‘Viksit Bharat–Viksit Yuva’
The Chief Minister highlighted that the Jamboree’s theme, ‘Viksit Bharat–Viksit Yuva’, perfectly reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India shaped by empowered and responsible youth.
He praised the last five days of activities—from adventure modules to discipline drills, cultural sessions, and community service exercises—which collectively infused new energy into the young participants. CM Yogi congratulated the organising team for their seamless effort and teamwork.
He further said that by participating in the ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ programmes during the Jamboree, the youth have contributed significantly to advancing the national vision of a unified and progressive India.
