Cochin Shipyard Ltd reported a 27% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹287.18 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2025, compared to ₹258.88 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations surged 36.7% YoY to ₹1,757.65 crore, up from ₹1,286.05 crore in Q4FY24.
Despite strong revenue growth, EBITDA declined 7.6% YoY to ₹266 crore, with EBITDA margins contracting sharply by 730 basis points to 15.10%, down from 22.40% a year ago, indicating cost pressures or change in revenue mix.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share (face value ₹5) for FY2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
