Container Corporation of India (CONCOR), a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is set to consider the declaration of a final dividend for the financial year 2024–25 alongside the approval of its Q4 and annual financial results.
As per a regulatory filing, CONCOR has scheduled a board meeting on Thursday, 22nd May 2025, to deliberate on the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025. The board will also take up the proposal for final dividend distribution to its shareholders, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
“The Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 to consider, inter alia, the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025,” the company said in its exchange filing. “The Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for 2024–25, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” it added.
CONCOR is engaged in the inland transportation of containers by rail, playing a key role in India’s logistics and freight movement ecosystem. The company has been a consistent performer and is known for rewarding its shareholders through dividends.
