CONCOR Strengthens Leadership with Appointment of Three IRTS Officers as Senior GMs (C&O) – Know Who They Are

New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has bolstered its senior leadership with the appointment of three senior Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officers on deputation as Senior General Managers (Sr. GM), C&O. The move highlights CONCOR’s focus on enhancing its operational and commercial efficiency across key regions.

A Vijuvin Joins Chennai Operations

A Vijuvin (IRTS 2009), presently serving as Senior Divisional Operations Manager (Sr. DOM), Thiruvananthapuram Division, Southern Railway, has been deputed to CONCOR as Sr. GM (C&O) at Chennai. His three-year tenure will focus on strengthening container operations in South India, a critical hub for port-linked logistics and trade.

Monu Luthra Takes Charge in Delhi

Monu Luthra (IRTS 2007), who has been serving as Chief Commercial Manager (Freight Marketing) [CCM/FM] in Western Railway, has been appointed as Sr. GM (C&O) at Delhi. With his experience in freight marketing, Luthra is expected to play a key role in boosting CONCOR’s competitiveness in the northern region’s logistics network.

Suhani Mishra Enhances Traffic Coordination in Delhi

Ms. Suhani Mishra (IRTS 2007), currently Director/Traffic Coordination (G & NFR) at the Railway Board, has been selected for deputation as Sr. GM (C&O) at Delhi. Her expertise in traffic coordination will help streamline operational processes and strengthen CONCOR’s engagement with stakeholders in India’s busiest freight corridors.

The appointment of these three senior IRTS officers underlines CONCOR’s commitment to leveraging railway expertise for efficient containerized cargo movement. Their leadership is expected to enhance customer service, optimize freight handling, and strengthen India’s logistics competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
