Amidst a recent development, 2008 batch IAS officer Chander Shekhar Khare was mandated to assume office as the Managing Director (MD) of the Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) with the additional charge as MD of the Gurugram Metro Rail Ltd.
