As per an order by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Mr. Akhilesh Kumar (Central Secretariat Service) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Ms. Anupriya Patel, Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals and Fertilizers, for a five-year term. Officer Kumar’s appointment, at the Deputy Secretary level, specifically pertains to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
Mr. Kumar’s appointment has been made on a co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever transpires earlier.
