In a significant administrative move, the Rekha Gupta led Delhi Government has implemented a major reshuffle involving 23 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
The Services Department issued Order No. 222 on June 16, 2025, detailing the transfers and postings of these officers across various departments.
Key Appointments and Transfers
Ms. Dilraj Kaur (IAS: 2000, AGMUT Cadre): Appointed as Principal Secretary (General Administration Department), with additional charges of Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) and Principal Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare).
Ms. Nandini Paliwal (IAS: 2003, AGMUT Cadre): Transferred from Secretary (Higher Education & Technical Education) and Managing Director (Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation) to Commissioner (Trade & Taxes).
Neeraj Semwal (IAS: 2003, AGMUT Cadre): Retains position as Secretary (Revenue)-cum-Divisional Commissioner and assumes additional charge as Secretary (Land & Building).
