The Government of India has re-appointed Dr Sarasu T N as a Non-Official Director (NoD) on the Board of The Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC) for a period of one year. The appointment is effective from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
The re-appointment, made under the provisions of the Articles of Association of OMDC, reflects continued trust in Dr. Sarasu’s expertise and leadership. It also underscores the government’s intent to ensure continuity and provide strategic guidance at the helm of one of the key public sector undertakings in the mining sector.
