New Delhi: Hyderabad-based defence electronics firm Unistring Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (UTS), a subsidiary of Zen Technologies, has secured an order worth Rs 30.01 crore from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the design, development, and realization of an advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) system. The project aligns with India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make-in-India initiatives, aiming to strengthen indigenous defence capabilities.
Focus on Indigenous Electronic Warfare Capabilities
The EW system will integrate advanced radio-frequency signal sensing and signal-processing technologies, configured to meet the operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces. The project is intended to enhance India’s electronic warfare readiness while supporting self-reliance in defence technology.

Collaboration with DRDO Laboratories
The development programme will be executed in close technical coordination with designated DRDO laboratories, adhering to performance, reliability, and qualification standards. This partnership ensures that the system meets stringent operational and defence requirements.
