Bengaluru: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has been entrusted with a strategic infrastructure development project to expand the southern campus of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) at the Energy Institute, Bengaluru. The upcoming campus is located at Kambalipura in Hosakote Taluk, spread across 125 hectares, strategically situated near Kempegowda International Airport and Bengaluru’s urban corridor. The development will cover over 13,500 sq. metres of built-up space and include:

- Dignitary guest houses
- Dining and recreational infrastructure

NBCC’s Project Leadership and Lifecycle Oversight
NBCC will act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and lead the initiative across the entire project lifecycle – from concept design and structural planning to vendor management, regulatory clearance, and final commissioning.
