2. Outstanding Leadership in Transformation – Individual
Mr. R.K. Jain, Director (Finance), was honored for exemplary leadership in Project Navodaya, GAIL’s enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative using RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This historic move marked the first instance of a Maharatna PSU migrating its entire enterprise system to a cloud-based platform, significantly enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic agility.
