Project Navodaya represents a full-scale overhaul of GAIL’s enterprise systems on the cloud through the RISE with SAP S/4 HANA platform. Completed within a record 12-month timeframe, the project marks one of the fastest and most comprehensive cloud migrations undertaken by a major Indian PSU.
This transformation is more than a technological shift—it positions GAIL as an intelligent, agile, and future-ready enterprise capable of adopting next-generation solutions such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It also lays a strong digital foundation for future sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term strategic roadmap.
