PM Mr Narendra Modi led central Government’s ACC has assigned additional duties to Officials of two different offices. Under which IAS Officer Mr Ajay Kumar, Secretary, Department of Defense Production, has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Defense. He is ordered to join this additional charge with immediate effect. He will remain on this post till the further orders are not given. Mr Ajay Kumar is an IAS officer of 1985 batch and an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and University of Minnesota.
IAS Officer Mr Alok Tandon, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum, has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Mines. He also will remain on this post till further appointments. Mr Tandon is 1986 batch IAS officer from UP Cadre.
