SVPNPA Gives Training To Officials From BIMSTEC Countries

ix officers from Sri Lanka, 5 officers each from Nepal & Thailand, 7 officers from Bangladesh and officers from Bhutan are participating in this course.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) is giving training to the security officials from BIMSTEC countries.

Six officers from Sri Lanka, 5 officers each from Nepal and Thailand, 7 officers from Bangladesh and officers from Bhutan are participating in this course. The program was inaugurated by IPS officer AS Rajan, Director, SVPNPA.

The officer trainees took oath in the service of the nation. The oath was administered by the Director, SVP NPA.

This is noteworthy that SVPNPA is the civil service training institution in India. The institute trains Indian Police Service (IPS) officers before they are sent to their respective state cadres to carry out their duties. The academy is in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
