Gandhinagar: In a progressive move aimed at transforming Gujarat’s educational landscape, the Task Force Committee on Holistic Education formally presented its report on comprehensive educational assessment to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel on Tuesday.
The report lays the foundation for the implementation of a 360-degree evaluation model that goes beyond academics, integrating sports, cultural activities, emotional intelligence, and vocational training—a step in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) envisioned by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
Towards a Multidimensional Evaluation Framework
Presenting the report, Committee Chairman Mr. Jayendrasinh Jadav emphasized the need to transition from conventional academic assessments to a multidimensional evaluation system.
