On Friday, the health department of the Gurugram asked private hospitals to give incentives to those who are fully vaccinated. The health department in the meeting decided that the incentives should be provided to those who have taken their second shot so that it will motivate others to get fully vaccinated. The decision was taken during the task force meeting of the health department. The objective of this initiative is to generate awareness among the people toward vaccination and to achieve the full vaccination status for the eligible population earliest.
The incentives can be provided to the patient coming to the private hospitals in the form of a 10% discount on the registration fee, easy access to doctors or first OPD free. The officials said, “This kind of initiative can inspire others who are yet to get their first or second doses”.
