The dividend proposal, recommended by the Board of Directors on June 27, 2025, is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This follows the ₹25 interim dividend paid in February 2025, highlighting HAL’s commitment to shareholder value amid strong financial performance.

Each ₹5 fully paid-up equity share will now yield a 300% dividend on face value.
