The recruitment drive focuses on strengthening HAL’s capabilities in the civil aviation sector, expanding services beyond its traditional military aircraft maintenance operations.

- Consultant – Chief Maintenance Engineer: No candidates were found eligible for the interview stage.
- Consultant – Chief Maintenance Manager (Base-Avionics): No applications were received for this specialized role.
