The Government of Haryana has promoted five 1991-batch IAS officers to Chief Secretary’s Grade. These officers included Ashok Khemka, Vineet Garg, Anil Malik, Ms G Anupama and Apoorva Kumar Singh; all working in the cadre state at present. Further, Shrikant Walgad and Abhilaksh Likhi, currently posted at the Centre, were granted proforma promotion in the Chief Secretary’s Grade in Cadre. Walgad is currently working as CVO,
