Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has assigned additional administrative responsibilities to two senior IAS officers, strengthening the administrative framework across key departments.
Naveen S L Entrusted with Additional Charge
Naveen S L (AGMUT 2012 batch), currently serving as Secretary to the Government, Civil Aviation Department and holding additional charge as Commissioner, Civil Aviation, has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department.
This additional assignment is effective till further orders and aims to streamline administrative functions and enhance grievance redressal mechanisms in the Union Territory.

Avny Lavasa to Hold Additional Charge
Avny Lavasa (IAS, AGMUT 2013 batch), Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, will now also hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department, alongside her existing responsibilities.
The move is intended to strengthen coordination and governance within the Hospitality and Protocol Department, ensuring smooth execution of administrative and ceremonial functions.
