2004 batch IAS officer of HP cadre, Mr C Paulrasu has been given additional charge of Secretary, Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh government.
He is presently working as Secretary, Administrative Reforms, Training & FA and RPG, with additional charge of Secretary Corporation.
