Punjab IAS officer Hussan Lal, who is all set to retire on July 31, received a heartwarming farewell from Chief Secretary Vijay Kumar Janjua and Punjab IAS Officers Association on Friday. Office-bearers of the Punjab IAS Officers Association wished well to the officer whose last posting was principal secretary of medical education and research.
