2001 batch IAS officer Amneet P Kumar of Haryana cadre who is the Commissioner & Secretary, Women & Child Development Department has been posted as in-charge of Hisar District in place of 1987 batch IAS officer Siddhi Nath Roy of Haryana cadre in addition to her present duties.
