The General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir has assigned the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department to IAS officer Saurabh Bhagat, who is presently posted as the Commissioner/Secretary of Science and Technology Department. He shall hold this new charge in addition to his other duties, till further orders.
